Shipping & Returns
Our shipping methods and costs vary according to an item total weight. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after date of purchase. If item(s) are "not in stock" we will notify you by phone or via email.
Delivery can be expected in 1-5 business days from the shipping date. All orders are shipped from our Southern California warehouse during regular business hours, 10:00AM to 4:00PM PST, Monday through Friday.
We offer a lifetime happiness return policy. If you don't like it, you can return it. Be reasonable in shipping items back like when the dog chewed it up or you cleaned off mustard stains in your car with your favorite San O item. But try it and maybe we will send you something new just for being that awesome.
We only keep certain items in stock year round so we may ask you to trade for a like product. Just email and ask us. We don’t answer the phone much so email is best.
For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Include your invoice, the product you would like to send back, and the reason for your return. Simple hand written note.
